Fahad's expertise in corporate law enables him to offer strategic advice and conduct thorough risk analyses for a variety of Merger and Acquisition (M&A) transactions and other complex arrangements. Since joining Engro in 2016, he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s legal strategy and managing intricate legal frameworks for various high-profile projects.
